Connecting to the Vakaros Connect App

Adding a NMEA gateway

Once your gateway has power and is installed you’ll then go into the Vakaros connect app and go into the boat profile that you want to add the gateway and select add device.

You’ll see the sensor come up and look like this

Next you’ll give your Navlink Blue a name

Now you’ll see your Navlink Blue connected

Configure PGN’s

To configure the PGN which are the different signals within your N2k network that you want your Atlas to display

Next select which PGN’s you want to add

Adding widgets once PGN’s are set

Now that you’ve selected your PGN’s you can go into your Atlas 2 in your boat profile → then select display layout → here you’ll be able to either add a new page by pressing the plus next to one of the page layouts or tap on any widget to replace it.

The screen below will appear and you can scroll to find the widget you’re looking to add.

Be sure to go back to your boat profile and press save. Have your Atlas 2 turned on and nearby for the changes to be saved to your device.

Have multiple data sources? No problem

This is for if you have a mix of BT sensors and NMEA sensors and you want to use different ones or display both

First go into your boat profile and select your Atlas→display settings

Next select the widget you want to change

Select Widget Settings

Next scroll down to widget source, here you can choose what source you want the widget to be displaying

Remember to always go back to your boat profile and press SAVE with your Atlas 2 powered up and nearby
